Refund Policy
1. General Policy At Fodor Fotos & Film (konscious Kreative LLC), customer satisfaction is my top priority. I understand that circumstances can change, and I aim to be as accommodating as possible. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.
2. Deposits and Booking Fees All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. These payments secure your session date and time and compensate for any potential business lost due to scheduling.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please notify me as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session: You will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled session: No refunds will be issued, but your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session within one year of the original date, subject to availability.
Photographer Cancellations: If I need to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. Alternatively, I will work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time or find a replacement photographer of similar experience and style.
4. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me at least 14 days in advance. I will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time. The deposit will be applied to the new session date.
5. Refunds for Products and Services
Digital Images and Prints: Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales of digital images and prints are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges once the final product has been delivered.
Albums and Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify me within 7 days of receipt. I will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
6. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact me at Fodorfotos@gmail.com with your name, session date, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued via the original method of payment, venmo, zelle, or paypal.
7. Exceptional Circumstances I understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of emergency or extraordinary circumstances, I will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to be fair and understanding while maintaining the sustainability of my business.
